Fire Pit Pad, Flagstone Steppers & Cedar Mulch Beds in Madison, WI

Fire pit pad with a decomposed granite surface and timber edging, surrounded by cedar mulch and flagstone steppers, Madison, WI

We regraded about 1,235 square feet of this Madison yard and built a 9 ft fire pit pad in the middle of it. The pad sits on a compacted stone base with a decomposed granite surface.

Flagstone steppers cross the yard past the pad. Cedar mulch beds fill the space around it, and the Cedartone timber edging sits on a gravel base.
