When should I book a fall cleanup in Madison?
Most fall cleanups happen from late October through November, once the bulk of the leaves are down. The schedule fills up as the first snow gets close, so it pays to get on the list in early October.
What does a spring cleanup include?
We clear the leaves, sticks and limbs winter left behind, clean out the beds, cut back last year's perennials and trim shrubs and hedges that need it. Fresh mulch or rock and re-cut bed edges can be added on the same visit, and everything we clear is hauled away.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
At least twice a year in the Madison area: once in late fall after the leaves drop and once in spring. Homes under large oaks or maples can need a third cleaning. Clogged gutters spill water against the foundation, so a cleaning is cheap protection for your basement.
Do you clean gutters on two-story homes?
Yes. We clean gutters and flush downspouts on one- and two-story homes.
